  1. Question for both you and Adam-Considering the Cards schedule, wouldn't you think they have a strong chance at a winning record this year?

  2. Playing in the NFC Worst, the Cards certainly have a good shot to rack up some easy wins, but my doubts come from Kevin Kolb. He's never had to be a franchise quarterback before, and I'm just not sure how he's going to respond.

All the teams in the NFC West have about the same amount of talent--so they'll all beat themselves up a bit and steal wins from each other--and when that's the case, I'm going to give the edge to the team with the best quarterback, and right now that's Sam Bradford.

  3. Matthew- I had the 49ers win the division because I'm a pathetic homer- but also because I agree with Eric that nearly every team in the West have about the same talent level- save for Seattle who should be truly awful.

I also echo Eric's sentiments on Kolb- I need to see it to believe it. He's played in 19 games and posted a paltry 73 QB rating. I'm not saying he can't do it, reports from training camp and practices are that he is really a sharp guy with a good arm. He could be very good, I just have to wait and see.
